Most will agree that copying or reproducing art to hone ones skills and learn is alright, we have tutorials for this purpose... To reproduce the artist's skills in ones own work. But this will NEVER mean it's ok to post the artwork as your ORIGIONAL idea.
Art theft hurts the artists that you are copying from AND the artists that practice and practice and practice to get better. People who copy take the easy way out, they get prase (and feel endowed to get said prase) for art that took no skill or imagination. In short, this PISSES the REAL artists off!
